All That Remains lanzan ‘Let you go’

All That Remains comparten su segunda canción en 2024

Letra de ‘Let you go’ de All That Remains:

This isn’t right
Was the curse that crossed your lips
A promise made another promise broken

I’m a product of stand by my words
Your seven years of conning and deceiving

No next time
Caught inside charade that you created
Now your crimes
Exposing that you wanted me

Waiting
Terrified you’re leaving
You’re already gone
But I don’t love me enough to let you go

She’s like a demon in a cashmere robe
She told me once she’d never let me go

Still feel the sting of the words and kiss I miss
Your embrace was a lie woven to hold me
a black rose to hold for your penance
7 years I need to see the ending

Your disguise
I was lost in the spell that you created

Our demise
I’d have stayed till the end but you wanted me

Waiting
Terrified you’re leaving
You’re already gone
But I don’t love me enough to let you go
I’m taking every wish back from that well and I’m casting them aside
But I don’t love me enough to let you go

Just one step away
To lose control of my rage
It’s like a virus burning hot in my veins
I can numb the pain
I reconcile to wipe my mind your name

No next time
Caught inside charade that you created

Now your crimes
Exposing that you wanted me

You wanted me waiting
Terrified you’re leaving
You’re already gone
But I don’t love me enough to let you go
I’m taking every wish back from that well and I’m casting them aside cause
you don’t love me enough to let me go

Just one step away
To lose control of my rage
It’s like a virus burning hot in my veins
I can numb the pain
I reconcile to wipe my mind your name
